March 2024:
Exterior: The bodywork is in very good condition. However, there are a few minor imperfections, notably a small poc on the passenger door and very slight dents on the hood, probably caused by gravel.
Interior: The dashboard leather is in excellent condition, while the front and rear seat leathers show slight wear due to mileage, but no tears or pronounced wear. The steering wheel is in perfect condition. The plastics on the center console and door sills show signs of wear, with a few visible scratches. Ventilation control knobs are discolored (can be easily replaced). The headliner is in perfect condition. Electric seat controls work very well, as does the backrest straightener.
Mechanics: Not much to say about its mechanical condition, except that it has always benefited from rigorous maintenance by its owners. Everything works very well, with no particular faults.

Founded in 1931 by Ferdinand Porsche in Stuttgart, the Porsche company initially focused on design and engineering. It is famous for having designed the Volkswagen Beetle. It was after the Second World War, under the impetus of his son, Ferry, that Porsche launched its own car, the 356. However, it was the 911 model, introduced in 1964 after an unveiling in 1963, that became emblematic.
When Porsche unveiled its jewel, the 911 was destined to be called 901. But the Peugeot company, already holding the rights to model designations featuring a central zero, forced Porsche to reconsider the name. Although the 911 designation has been adopted for the general public, purists and insiders nostalgically recall the original code name, 901.
Later in its history, Porsche had a playful surprise in store for us. The fourth generation 911, named Type 993, was cleverly unveiled on 9/11/1993, a date subtly reflecting the model's emblematic name. A charming detail that hasn't escaped the notice of even the most assiduous fans.
Then in 1997 came the Porsche 911 type 996, which enjoyed great success and an impressive number of sales despite being a model disliked by purists. In fact, the 996 was the first 911 to feature water-cooling, which did not please the brand's purists. Another unappreciated detail of this model will be its flat, shapeless headlamps. To improve on the 911, Porsche released the 911 Type 997 in 2004, which went down in Porsche history as one of the brand's most popular models. Its modern yet timeless lines will appeal to Porsche enthusiasts. Ten years on, its design and characteristic flat-six sound continue to offer an ideal blend of pleasure and sportiness.
Porsche's passion for motor racing is evident in its designations. The terms "Carrera" and "Targa", so evocative of the 911, actually derive from legendary races. "Carrera" comes from the Carrera Panamericana in Mexico, and "Targa" from the Targa Florio in Sicily. With these names, Porsche pays tribute to the competitive spirit that runs through the veins of the 911.
These fascinating details, engraved in Porsche history, only add to the mystical aura surrounding the brand and its flagship model, the 911.
The Porsche 911, launched in 1963, remains a timeless icon of motorsport. Continually modernized, today it combines high performance and advanced technology, while preserving its racing heritage and distinctive silhouette.
