How do I change my password?
To change your password, go to the "My account" section and click on the "Change password" link.
How can I bid?
To participate in an auction, you first need to create an account and verify your identity. To submit a bid, simply enter the desired amount in the box provided on the ad.
How and why should I check my account?
To ensure the proper conduct of auctions, we ask users to verify their identity. To do this, you must first create an account and fill in a form with your personal details. You must also send us a photo of your identity document and a photo of yourself. Once we have validated your account, you will be able to participate in the auctions.
How do I post an ad?
To post an ad, go to the sales page. The ad will be visible for at least 14 days. Advertising costs CHF 5.90 for the first 14 days and CHF 4.90 for each additional 14 days.
Can I bid if I'm not in Switzerland?
It's possible to take part in the auction even if you live outside Switzerland. We have a partner who can assist you with the transport and import of the vehicle once you have won the auction.
How can I sell my vehicle?
There are two ways to sell your vehicle: the Classic formula, where you can publish the ad yourself on the site, or the Premium formula, where you can entrust the sale of your vehicle to us without having to take care of it yourself. To find out more, go to the Sell page.
How do I pay?
Payment is by bank transfer and must be made directly to the seller. You will receive an invoice from the seller to finalize the transaction.
What about delivery?
Once payment has been made, we will provide you with the seller's contact details so that you can arrange collection or delivery of the vehicle. If required, we can also arrange transport or storage of the vehicle.
Can I withdraw a bid?
It is impossible to withdraw a bid once it has been placed. Please be sure to check all details before placing your bid. If you still wish to withdraw your bid, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 15% of the withdrawn bid.
Can I contact the seller?
You can ask your questions using the comments section, and the seller will be able to answer you directly.
