Vehicle condition
Overall, the exterior is in very good condition, with a few minor imperfections, notably on the driver's side door. Rims are in very good condition. The soft top is new.
Inside, the dashboard and steering wheel are in perfect condition. The driver's seat is not torn, but shows slight wear. The passenger seat is in very good condition. The center console has just one defect: the paint is fading around the gearshift lever. The door panels are in perfect condition, as are the carpets. The driver's side carpet is slightly worn. The door-step plastics are scratched in some places.
Mechanically, the car is well maintained, with no leaks. The underside is in very good condition, with virtually no visible rust.

History of the model
A tribute to the past
The S2000 was launched in 1999 to celebrate Honda's 50th anniversary. Its name, S2000, refers to the brand's earlier sports cars, such as the S500, S600 and S800 of the 1960s. The "2000" indicates the displacement of its 2.0-liter engine. It quickly gained popularity thanks to its innovative 2.0-liter F20C engine, which offered impressive power and the ability to reach high revs, up to 9,000 rpm. For many years, it held the world record for the most powerful naturally aspirated engine per liter of displacement, with 120 horsepower per liter.
Produced until 2009, only around 110,000 S2000s were built, making it a rare and sought-after model today. Its popularity has been reinforced by its appearances in popular culture, notably in the "Fast and Furious" films. In the film, a modified S2000 is driven by the character of Johnny Tran.
